Pumpkin Oatmeal Cookies

We enjoyed these cookies at FarmShare delivery day yesterday and have received a number of requests for the recipe. So, here it is...

2 cups flour

1 1/3 cups oatmeal

1 t. baking soda

1 teas cinnamon

1/2 t salt

1 cup butter

3/4 cups brown sugar

3/4 cups sugar

1 cup pumpkin

1 lg. egg

1 teas vanilla

3/4 cut chopped nuts

3/4 cup raisins

Cream together butter and sugars

Add other moist and dry ingredients

Bake 350 on greased cookied sheets for 14 - 16 minutes.
